Thank you Honor Flight for your remarkable work!

I recently joined veterans and their guardians at The Villages Honor Flight luncheon, hosted at the Leesburg Moose Lodge 1271.

It was great to speak with veterans, hear their stories, and celebrate a remarkable World War II veteran’s 98th birthday alongside his fellow service members.

Thank you, to Susan Chicone, President of The Villages Honor Flight Club, for her dedicated leadership, and to the volunteers who prepared lunch for our veterans.

The Villages Honor Flight continues to carry out its important mission of ensuring that the legacy of our veterans is remembered and their sacrifices recognized.
