Maybe the tide is finally turning

Maybe the tide is turning finally: Last Tuesday, Sep 2, 2025 Elections in Orlando, the Democrats won by unusually high margins:

• In Senate District 15, LaVon Bracy Davis won with 72.6 percent of the vote — a 45-point margin

• In House District 40, RaShon Young earned 75.0 percent of the vote — a 50-point margin.

This is a 15-20 percent shift from the voting for the same positions last year. With grocery shopping becoming stressful, 68% of the voters are saying that grocery costs are a major factor in deciding whom to vote for. People are voting by their pocketbooks rather than their Party Affiliation.
