Oak & Stone, the popular casual dining concept that debuted in Sarasota in 2016, has signed a lease with The Villages for a new location that will be part of the brand’s planned expansion into Central Florida.
The 6,049 square foot space located in the heart of The Villages Eastport town center at 7016 Central Lake Drive, is one in a series of new Oak & Stone location openings planned for the brand over the next 18 months.
“Oak & Stone and their operational experience in running restaurants is such a key part to have in our newest Eastport Town Center in The Villages. We are excited they have chosen to bring their fun tavern atmosphere loaded with hospitality to our residents and guests and look forward to their opening,” said Geno Jarquin, director of The Villages Commercial Development.
Recognized for its made-from-scratch dishes, inventive artisan pizzas and self-pour tap wall, Oak & Stone guests delight in its laid-back tavern atmosphere, great food, drinks and heartfelt hospitality.

The brand’s Central Florida expansion follows Oak & Stone’s recent announcement heralding the November 2025 opening of its new Cape Coral, Florida location and plans for a new Winter Park location announced earlier this year.
The 250-acre planned community of The Villages Eastport will serve as a lifestyle-driven town center featuring recreation, golf, trails, parks, shopping and dining experiences all connected through a network of trails and pathways surrounding Central Lake. Oak & Stone will serve as a perfect complement to Eastport Downtown’s picturesque, European-influenced design which includes quaint shops and buildings scaled down to create intimate settings meant for casual strolls and distinctive experiences.
Owned and operated by Winter Park–based Artistry Restaurants, Oak & Stone has become a signature brand within the company’s portfolio, with locations along Florida’s Gulf Coast. Artistry Restaurants currently operates seven Oak & Stone locations in Bradenton, Estero, Naples, Sarasota (two locations), St. Petersburg, and Venice.
