To the Editor:
I recently saw a letter on Villages-News.com from Miss Joanne claiming that nobody asked for a road dedicated to Charlie Kirk and it would divide The Villages. First off, you are wrong. If you go and look at the numbers, The Villages voted Republican in the election. So more people would like to honor Mr. Kirk that live here than do not. No hard feelings, but The Villages voting has been Republican for some time. A second thing to understand is that The Villages is not “divided” due to a road. The Villages is divided due to people not letting others vote for who they want without having to deal with crap. And that goes both ways. If everyone stopped worrying about who other people voted for and just worried about their vote we would have less division.
