A Villager has been given seven days to clean up his property or he will face fines.

The property of Adam Barrett at 641 San Marino Drive in the Village of De La Vista North was the subject of a deed compliance hearing Friday morning before the Community Development District 1 Board of Supervisors at Savannah Center.

A complaint was received by Community Standards on Sept. 15 about overgrown grass, weeds, shrubs and mold. Letters were sent to the homeowner and some of the problems were remedied, but the weeds and mold remain.
