Congressman Daniel Webster has picked up a renewed endorsement from President Trump.
The Congressman who represents The Villages in the U.S. House of Representatives announced Wednesday that he had once again earned Trump’s endorsement. Webster will be on the ballot later this year.
Trump’s endorsement has been pivotal in the past. In 2024, Webster faced a primary challenge from Anthony Sabatini, but Sabatini dropped out when Trump announced he would be endorsing Webster.
Two years earlier, Trump declined to endorse either Webster or upstart challenger Laura Loomer. Webster edged out Loomer in a tight primary race.
