Golf carts are being prevented from accessing major shopping facilities

To the Editor:

After living quite happily in The Villages for one year, I remain disappointed by an apparent mental block by our “representatives” continuing to refuse allowing cart paths to reach the major shopping facilities that border The Villages. Is there some agenda they quietly follow which makes no sense to Village residents? Have even mundane tasks outstripped their capacity to manage or is there some invisible hand in charge?
