A member of the Parking Patrol documented a handicapped parking faux pas at Walmart at Buffalo Ridge Plaza in The Villages.
The pickup truck was clearly encroaching on the accommodation zone that could be needed by a vehicle parking in the adjacent stall.
Those zones are designated for the handicapped who need a little extra space to swing open doors or roll down ramps. Parking in those zones can make for an unnecessary obstacle for the handicapped.
