A handicapped member of the Parking Patrol arrived for an appointment at Advanced Urology in Oxford and was disappointed to find a vehicle hogging the handicapped accommodation zone.
“The person prevented us from parking in the open space,” said our member of the Parking Patrol.
Those zones are designated for the handicapped who need a little extra space to swing open doors or roll down ramps. Parking in those zones can make for an unnecessary obstacle for the handicapped.
