Community Development District 2’s monthly Question & Answer meeting will hosted by Supervisor Tom Swiers and will be held from 7 to 9 p.m. Tuesday, April 28 at the El Santiago Recreation Center.
There will be a special presentation on technology and lifestyle Improvement possibilities for The Villages.
Do you think that the lifestyle experience as residents of The Villages is becoming increasingly limited and frustrating by a lack of modern technology and digital tools?
“My guest at this meeting is Lindsay Farley, a business owner and a relatively new resident of The Villages, who thinks so. She will present her opinion regarding the benefits of modernizing the resident experience through technology,” she said.
She will present for consideration how modern technology would benefit the following:
1. Modern Outdoor & Community Spaces
2. A Resident Phone App
3. Streamlining Gate Access for Safety, Efficiency and Resident Convenience
The remainder of the meeting will consist of update regarding current topics relating to CDD 2, an overview regarding recent AAC activities and the general Q&A component. The purpose of these monthly informal meetings is to provide all residents with the opportunity to get together, make friends, ask questions, get
answers, share concerns, offer suggestions, seek solutions, and address rumors
