To the Editor:
I think the more logical reason is not Morse Boulevard itself. Perhaps it is the cognitive awareness of golf cart travelers. I have been traveling Morse Boulevard for 22 years now, both by car and cart. I have seen many cart drivers who are not paying attention to the traffic around them. They are swaying into car lanes, abruptly sticking their arms out and
whipping right in front of you! They are not mean spirited, just enjoying a beautiful day and getting lost in the flow and beauty surrounding them.
That’s my two cents on the issue.
