It’s time for The Villages to catch up with the rest of the world

To the Editor:

I was thrilled to read that some officials are finally demanding that we have auto-flush toilets and auto-sinks in our recreation centers. My question is, what took so long?

Frankly, I was surprised when I moved here and found that the recreation centers and other facilities did not have auto-flush toilets. The Villages is usually up on everything.
