Auto-flush and touchless sinks don’t always work

To the Editor:

In my limited experience—I am not a big traveler—auto-flush works about 75% of the time and touchless sinks work about 50% of the time. But even when they work, they don’t offer enough water to wash my hands properly. Has anyone addressed the height of the toilets?
