The Landscape Division of District Property Management is beginning its next quarterly annual flower change-out as part of its ongoing seasonal landscape program.
Four times each year, the annual flower beds throughout the community are refreshed with new plant material selected for the upcoming season. This scheduled rotation helps ensure the landscaped common areas continue to provide vibrant color and visual appeal while showcasing plants that are well-suited for Florida’s changing weather conditions.
During the July change-out, landscape crews and contractors will remove the existing annual flowers, prepare the planting beds and install the new seasonal selections. Residents may notice crews working in various locations throughout the community over the course of the installation. The Landscape Division appreciates everyone’s patience as this work is completed and asks motorists to use caution when traveling near active work areas.
The quarterly flower program is an important investment in maintaining the attractive appearance of the community’s common areas while demonstrating responsible stewardship of public resources. By rotating seasonal annuals throughout the year, crews are able to keep the landscapes healthy, colorful and welcoming for residents and visitors alike.
