Community Development District 2 Supervisor Tom Swiers will host his monthly question-and-answer meeting from 7 to 9 p.m. Tuesday, July 28, at the El Santiago Recreation Center.
The meeting will feature a special presentation titled, “The Secrets to Easy Gardening in Florida.” Nini Conner, a Florida Master Gardener, a Florida Master Naturalist and co-founder of the Environmental Club of The Villages, will present “Florida-Friendly Gardening — and much more.” Residents interested in gardening or improving the appearance of their yards are encouraged to attend.
Following the presentation, the meeting will feature an update on current topics relating to District 2, an overview of recent Amenity Authority Committee activities and a general Q&A session. The informal monthly meetings are designed to provide all residents with the opportunity to get together, ask questions, share concerns, offer suggestions, seek solutions and address rumors.
