Hi Syd,

Unfortunately your wish to keep property sales, dates and especially amount paid, cannot happen because it is public knowledge. ANYONE can do a deed search or for that matter go to Zillow, Realtor.com, Redfin.com etc and see all of this public knowledge.
Even famous people cannot keep this information private.
