The District Office celebrated its recent move to the new “center” of The Villages.
District Manager Kenny Blocker and Deputy District Manager Carrie Duckett had the honor of using the big scissors to officially cut the ribbon at the new home of the District Office at Brownwood.
The headquarters was previously located at Lake Sumter Landing. The new home is in the former Street of Dreams building at 3571 Kiessel Road in Brownwood. The District has inked a 10-year lease with The Villages.
The Brownwood office is now the the permanent home of:

• Customer Service
• District Clerk
• District Management
• Finance
• Human Resources
• Recreation Administration
• Risk Management
• Utility Billing
Here’s a tip if you have business at the District Office. The main entrance is located on the parking lot side of the building, not from the street side on Kiessel Road.
