A woman who got upset when she was told her phone could not be repaired was arrested after tuning violent at a local Walmart.
Kimberly Noelle Martin, 38, of Summerfield, is facing a felony charge of battery on a law enforcement officer following her arrest Thursday night at the Walmart in Summerfield.

After she was informed her phone could not be repaired, Martin began arguing with store personnel, according to an arrest report from the Marion County Sheriff’s Office. Unhappy with the information she was given, Martin demanded to have another employee help her. She was finally told to leave the store.
“No,” she said.
A deputy arrived on the scene and Martin was handcuffed after she continued to refuse to leave the store. Martin resisted the deputy’s effort to take her into custody and she was taken to the ground. While she was on the ground, Martin kicked the deputy in the back. She then grabbed the deputy’s finger, pinched his handed and grabbed at his uniform.
Martin is also facing charges of resisting arrest and trespassing. She was booked at the Marion County Jail where she was initially being held without bond.
