Surveillance cameras caught a homeless man’s unwanted return to the Lady Lake Library.
Officers obtained eight photos of 35-year-old Sean Glenn Rigsby sitting on the property of the Lady Lake Library, located at 225 W Guava St., on Saturday, according to an arrest report frm the Lady Lake Police Department.

He had been trespassed from the library on March 6, 2024, but the Town of Lady Lake’s camera systems had caught him on the property. Law enforcement had been given the photos that showed him loitering and walking all around the premise, checking its doors. These included the employee entrance at the backside of the library but to no avail, the report said.
A subsequent check of Rigsby’s criminal history revealed he had been incarcerated seven times within the past six months. He had just been put back in Lake County Jail on Sunday, the report said.
For this incident, he was charged with trespassing. He is currently in jail being held without bond.
Rigby’s other recent arrests include drug charges at Dollar General in Nov. 2025, trespassing at Sunoco in Oct. 2025 and May 2025, trespassing at a Lady Lake residence in Aug. 2025, and trespassing at his brother’s house in July 2025.
