An Orlando-based real estate investment firm has just acquired a one-acre parcel across from Pinellas Plaza for $1.3 million.

Wildwood Medical Developers, LLC, purchased the 1.043-acre site at 5135 Sundance Trail from West Property LLC on March 3, according to a deed filed with the Sumter County Clerk of Courts.

The parcel, which is part of the Beaumont development, is adjacent to Mavis Tires & Brakes. It is situated less than half of a mile east of the intersection of County Road 466A and Powell Road.

State corporate records show that Wildwood Medical Developers is owned by Jamison Commercial Partners, an Orlando-based real estate investment firm that was founded by Elliott Jamison.

West Property LLC acquired the property in 2019 for $560,000.

Over the past seven years since the previous sale, the area around the parcel has seen tremendous growth.

That includes the addition of the Beaumont Apartments, Culver’s, Wawa, and a new Target that opened within Trailwinds Village last year.
