A Marion County Sheriff’s Office corporal was investigating a suspicious person call at about 3:07 a.m. Friday at the convenience store located at 7590 SE Highway 25 in Belleview. While at the scene, the corporal recognized Kimberly Noelle Martin as she got into a black 2014 Nissan Altima and pulled out of the parking lot, heading southbound on SE Highway 25A.

The corporal, who had personal knowledge that Martin’s license was revoked, initiated a traffic stop that came to an end in the 7400 block of SE 112th Lane, according to the arrest report.

A computer check confirmed that Martin’s Florida driver’s license was initially revoked in January 2011. She currently has 15 active suspensions or revocations on her record, including three separate revocations for driving under the influence in 2011 and 2013.

She was also arrested last year after freaking out over a phone repair at the Walmart in Summerfield.

Martin was placed under arrest on a misdemeanor charge of driving while her license is suspended or revoked. She was being held over the weekend on $10,000 bond at the Marion County Jail.
