One of the most prominent local restaurateur families has expanded its footprint once again with the purchase of a multimillion-dollar warehouse property that is just north of The Villages.

The warehouse facility consists of two industrial warehouse buildings totaling approximately 19,840 square feet located on a 2.992-acre parcel at 3073 NE 37th Place in Wildwood, just off U.S. Highway 301.
Constructed in 2020 and 2021, the buildings at the site feature 21-foot clear ceiling heights and three, 15-foot, grade-level bay doors. The site is currently zoned for heavy industrial use.

The South Wildwood Industrial Park is home to several of the most well-known businesses serving The Villages, including T&D Pool and Romac.
According to an online real estate listing, the facility was sold with existing racking included, providing immediate operational capacity for the family’s logistics needs.

The most recent real estate acquisition for the Suleiman family follows a string of high-profile expansions. The family’s portfolio in The Villages has grown significantly over the last few years.

Jack Suleiman, who operates RGM Restaurants and is the owner of the redsauce restaurant at Lake Sumter Landing, also owns and operates Glenview Country Club and Mallory Hill Country Club.
Soon, Suleiman will add Luxe Steakhouse & Cellar, which will be located at the Woodlands Championship Golf Course, to his list of properties in The Villages.
Late last year, the Suleiman family took over Boosters Bar & Grill and Palmer Legends Country Club.
In 2022, David Suleiman purchased the Angler’s Club at Lake Sumter Landing.
In 2021, the Suleiman family took over the Ricciardi’s Italian Table situated along Brownwood’s Paddock Square.
