After graduating from Duke University in 2010 with a bachelor’s degree in political science, Delgado worked briefly in the legal industry before taking on a leadership position at Village Airport Van. Towards the end of his time there in the summer of 2013, he met Meta Minton.
The two took Villages-News.com to new heights and, as a result of the website's success, they launched Ocala-News.com in January of 2017.
The following year, in January 2018, Leesburg-News.com published its first story. In January 2021, Orlando-News.com published its first story.
Born in Chicago in 1988 to Marilyn and Joaquin, Delgado has called Lake, Marion, Seminole, Orange, and Volusia County home at various points over the past 25 years.
Outside of his passion for news, Delgado enjoys spending his time with family and at the many golf courses, lakes, parks, and other outdoor treasures found across North and Central Florida.
