Carl Bell will continue to wield the gavel on the Amenity Authority Committee.

Bell, who has served as AAC chairman for the past year, was nominated Wednesday for another year at the helm. He was nominated by fellow AAC member Ann Forrester.

She will serve another year as vice chair.

Bell represents Community Development District 1 and was re-elected to the AAC in 2014.
