Woman for whom Silver Alert was issued has been located

A Silver Alert for an 85-year-old Sumter County woman has been canceled after she was successfully located.

The woman was last heard from about 4 a.m. Saturday when she called someone from her church saying she was going to Vermont.

A Silver Alert was issued Saturday. She has been located and is safe.
