Villages Pops Chorus donates to CERT, Sozo Kids and church

The Villages Pops Chorus performed two Holiday concerts on Dec. 7, for an audience of more than 1,450. As a result, the group donated a total of $5,000 to charitable organizations.  Recipients were North Lake Presbyterian Church, Sozo Kids, and CERT.  This brings the total amount donated by the Pops Chorus to $20,000 since the group was founded in late 2013.  The group received 501c3 charitable organization status in 2015.  The next concert will be on April 8 and 9 when the Pops Chorus will present a concert entitled “On With the Show, This Is It!”
