What now Mr. Trump?

A couple of weeks ago, there was a great stink in the press when Megan Rapinoe, a star player on the U.S. Women’s soccer team declared that she would decline any invitation to the White House when her team won the FIFA Women’s World Cup tournament. The Donald, in his own under-stated and inestimable fashion responded by tweeting: “Megan should WIN first before she TALKS! Finish the job!”  Well, Mr. President, the team not only finished the job, but Megan was awarded the MVP trophy for the tournament by tallying six goals and three assists while garnering the needed victories. So now what, Mr. Trump? Will you apologize for your denigration of Ms. Rapinoe?
Of course not, since you can never admit that you are wrong because of your ego-driven, self-centered psychopathic personality. Nor do you have the same kind of nerve, courage, fortitude (and, yes, the cojones) displayed by Megan and her teammates. They are true American patriots while you continue to be only a self-seeking pretender to the throne.
Frankly, I am sure that Ms. Rapinoe would echo my respect and honor for the Office of President of the United States. But I also suspect that she shares my abhorrence and disgust with the current occupant of the Oval Office. and I so support her sentiments. I would welcome any cogent and intelligent response from anyone who disagrees with my expressed point of view. Have at it, Trolls!!
