Morse Boulevard bridge

To the Editor:

Why are not the designers, engineers, contractors, and the Developer included in this discussion? We Villagers played no part in the design, engineering or construction of this project. Those decisions were all made by the Developer; and, based upon my own long-time experience in the practice of law, it seems to me that those are the people and entities that have to respond to the existing problems. Frankly, if I am “dunned” for a portion of the costs to rectify these problems, I would strongly suggest that the Project Wide Advisory Committee, the VHA, and the POA join forces to prevent any effort to collect from the Villagers. It is not only unjust, it is indefensible!
