In his personal life Bob was a Naturalist who, when he did take time for himself, enjoyed quiet reflection, canoeing, reading Thoreau for wisdom and Vonnegut for fun, and keeping up with the Bird-Watching Journal that he began as a teen. Since 2004, Bob has been blessed to live in The Villages, Florida. The Villages gave Bob over 10 of his most social years with more friends than he ever thought he would have. His life here filled Bob and Sandie with joy, fellowship, and happiness. Bob died of natural causes with his wife Sandie at his side. A “Celebration of Life” gathering will be held at the Pimlico Recreation Center at 530 Belvedere Boulevard in the Villages Florida 32162 from 1PM to 3PM on Sunday, November 22nd.
