Driver transported to TVRH after running into Villager’s yard

A driver was transported by ambulance to The Villages Regional Hospital after driving into a Villager’s yard Friday afternoon.

The accident occurred at 2:12 p.m. when a driver accidentally drove into a yard in the 300 block of Troy Loop in the Village of Mallory Square, according to the Sumter County Sheriff’s Office.

The driver’s injuries were minor.
