Two women reportedly stole three purses and a wallet with a total value of $1,281 from a store at Baylee Plaza on U.S. Hwy. 441 in Summerfield.

The theft occurred Saturday morning at Marie Rose Fine Consignments, according to an incident report from the Marion County Sheriff’s Office.

The stolen items are described as a black leather Gucci purse, a black leather Gucci wallet, a tan quilted Chanel purse and a cream-colored Dooney & Burke tote bag.
