A 27-year-old man who had been wanted on a warrant after an attack on a man last year at Chula Vista Recreation Center, is free again after posting $10,000.

Joshua J. Duffy-Sedicino, who had been living with his mother in the Village of Del Mar,had been arrested this past September after he allegedly punched another man in the face at Chula Vista Recreation Center. You can read more about the original incident HERE

Duffy-Sedicino had been free on $2,000 bond, but that money was forfeited when he failed to show up earlier this year in Lake County Court to face two counts of battery.  A Lake County judge had issued a bench warrant for Duffy-Sedicino’s arrest.

Duffy-Sedicino was tracked down in Orange County and transported to the Lake County Jail. He was released after posting bond Tuesday afternoon.
