It should not matter to The Villages whose butt is sitting in the seat

To the Editor:

I read a letter submitted by Bill Kincaid of Poinciana re: the subject.
I have owned a home since 1995 and have always questioned the so-called trail fee. I do not have an issue with paying the fee as golf carts do cause more damage that requires maintenance than a walker. What I do think has always been unreasonable is charging a golfer or guest an extra charge even though the cart has a yearly trail fee pass that has been paid. If I pay the fee the pass is for the cart which causes the extra maintenance it should not matter to The Villages whose butt is sitting in the seat. And that is all I have to say about that!
