A Lady Lake man was arrested Saturday after he allegedly stole more than $200 worth of items, including a Barbie doll, from the Wal-Mart in Leesburg.

A loss prevention officer saw Bryan Keith Stein, 29, pull Wal-Mart bags from his pockets and then put items in the bags and into a shopping cart, according to an arrest report from the Leesburg Police Department.

Stein then attempted to leave the store without paying for the items which in addition to the Barbie doll, included men’s shirts, deodorant and trash bags.

He was arrested on a charge of retail theft with two or more prior convictions and booked at the Lake County Jail.
