Man who burglarized ex-girlfriend’s home in Lakeside Landings back behind bars

A man who burglarized his ex-girlfriend’s home last year in Lakeside Landings has been jailed for violating his drug offender probation.

Joshua James Hall, 37, this past April had been accused of entering the home on Bowline Court and taking three flat-screen televisions, Xbox, Google tablet, 30 Verizon cellular phones, jewelry and other items. You can read about the original arrest HERE.

Hall earlier this month entered a guilty plea in the case in Sumter County Court. He was sentenced to 11 months and 29 days in jail with credit for time already served. He will also serve an additional five years probation.

He was already on probation on drug charges. He was found to be in violation of his drug offender probation.

He has previous arrests on charges of possession of methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia and battery.
