Sumter County’s most-wanted fugitive captured in Tampa

Sumter County’s most-wanted fugitive has been captured.

Patrick Mobley was taken into custody Friday by Tampa police.

The 22-year-old has been on the run since a July shooting in Webster.

He was arrested on Sumter County warrants charging him with attempted first degree murder with a firearm-possession and conspiracy to commit murder.

Arrested with Mobley was his girlfriend Summer Owens who was wanted on a Sumter County warrant for accessory after the fact to a felony of the first degree.

Tampa police also arrested her on a charge of possession of marijuana under 20 grams.
