11-year-old lined up seven hours early to be first to greet Greg Gutfeld

An 11-year-old lined up more than seven hours early to be the first to greet Fox News personality Greg Gutfeld at an appearance in The Villages.

London McMichael traveled from Lakewood Ranch and arrived at 7:30 a.m. Saturday to be the first person to see “The Five” co-host in a book-signing event at Barnes & Noble at Lake Sumter Landing.

Gutfeld drew a huge crowd and even ran out of copies of “The Gutfeld Monologues: Classic Rants From The Five.”

McMichael has been a devoted follower of “The Five” since 2015. If she has a conflict and can’t see the show, she makes sure her father records it.

“I wanted people to know that even at 11 years old, we as kids have a voice and understand what is going on in the world,” she told Villages-News.com.

The Haile Middle School student said she met “some very nice people” in The Villages while standing in line.

“It made the long wait seem very short,” she said.
