John William “Bill” Crull, age 77, passed away peacefully in his sleep at his home in The Villages, FL, on Saturday June 4, 2016. He was born October 4, 1938 in St. Louis, MO, the beloved son of Catherine Crull. On August, 10 1963 he married Sandra Doza.  Bill was a lifelong salesman, a trade he learned at 9 years old selling newspapers on “Hospital Row” in St. Louis, and perfected with 40 years in food service sales. His support for high school sports in Cincinnati Ohio was legendary through eight years as a board member of the Northwest HS Booster Association (two as president), a record 25 years on the varsity football “chain gang”, plus numerous awards & recognition.  Bill is survived by Sandy, his wife of 52 years, his son Kevin (Debbie), daughter Kelly, grandchildren Matthew & Sarah, and sister Rose Morrison. He enjoyed golf and loved his many friends and his active life in The Villages. Services will be held on Saturday, June 18 at 10 a.m. at Grace Anglican Church at 4971 E. CR462, Wildwood, FL. Burial will occur at a future date at Florida National Cemetery in honor of Bill’s service in the United States Navy. Bill was a founding member of Grace Anglican Church, where he also served as an Acolyte. He loved seeing Father Wayne’s vision come to life.  He would want donations made to Grace Anglican Church in lieu of flowers.
