A 34-year-old Ocala motorcyclist was killed Sunday afternoon in a collision with a pickup in Marion County.
Matthew Allen Coull had been riding a 1999 Suzuki motorcycle at 4:45 p.m. on U.S. 27 at NW 49th Avenue, according to an accident report from the Florida Highway Patrol. Coull had been traveling westbound and was attempting to pass when his motorcycle collided with a 2008 Ford Ranger driven by James Thomas Eichinger, 31, of Dunnellon.
Coull was pronounced dead at the scene by Marion County Fire Rescue.
