Helping constituent with community mailbox issue

Congressman Daniel Webster

A constituent from Ocala contacted my office because the community mailboxes at his condominium were in disrepair and his community was having difficulty getting the United States Postal Service (USPS) to replace or repair the boxes. My office submitted an inquiry to USPS, which subsequently replaced the units. The constituent was appreciative of our assistance in this matter.

Constituent services is a critical element of our congressional office. The federal government is a massive operation, and my office is available if you ever need assistance in navigating the bureaucracy or cutting through red tape. We are here to serve you.

Congressman Daniel Webster represents The Villages in the U.S. House of Representatives.
