John F. Grassi

John Grassi

John F. Grassi, age 83, of The Villages, Florida passed away on Sunday, May 24, 2020.

He was born in the Bronx, New York on February 17, 1937. After serving in The United States Army John was an auditor at a bank in Manhattan. He was then a district zone manager for the Tri-State area with Ford Motor Company for 38 years. John moved with his wife from Connecticut to West Palm Beach Florida in 2001, and later re-located to The Villages.

Sports were a passion for John and he was a New York Yankees and Giants fan. He also enjoyed playing cards and dancing. He was a member of The Italian Club and The Du-Wop Club in The Villages. Classic Ford cars were another one of his interests.

He is survived by his wife of 57 years Doris Grassi and his son Richard Grassi of Danbury, CT.

He was preceded in death by his parents Pasquale and Annine Grassi.
