Peggy Ann Hill, a longtime resident of The Villages, passed away peacefully on the 15th of December, surrounded by family.
Born on April 7, 1933, Peggy grew up in Brackenridge, Pennsylvania. Moving to Youngstown, Ohio, she worked at Sheet and Tube and GMAC as a secretary, back in the day when she used “shorthand”.
She is survived by six daughters, Cathy Elming, Cindy Young (Bob), Linda Perry (Jacques) Martha Miller ( Mitch), Stephanie Haley (Tim), Alicia Sowinski (Eran), ten grandchildren and 4 great granddaughters, her sister, Pat Bubash, numerous nieces and nephew, Boots and Buster and MANY friends.
Peggy was preceded in death by her parents, Martha and Richard Dean, brothers, Charlie and Dickie Dean, and granddaughter, Celia Rae Bingham.
Heaven gained an Angel in Peggy, who was a gentle soul and was dearly loved and respected. It was an honor knowing Peggy.
A service will be held on Monday, December 19, 2016 at 2 p.m. at the Lady Lake Chapel of Beyers Funeral Home.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to Cornerstone Hospice House in Peggy’s name.
