Mary Virginia Hindert

Mary Virginia Hindert, age 83, of The Villages, FL, passed away on Wednesday, September 20, 2017. She was born in Peoria, IL on February 3, 1934.

Mary worked as the Office Manager for J & J Manufacturing Company for 20 years. She enjoyed golf, water aerobics and ceramics. She was a member of St. Timothy Catholic Church where she was an active volunteer. Mary was also an Auxillary volunteer at The Villages Regional Hospital.

She is survived by her husband John I. Hindert of The Villages; daughter Janice M. Hart of Virginia Beach, VA; sons J. Brad Hindert and his wife Julie of E. Peoria, IL, Steven C. Hindert and his wife Carlene of Riverton, IL and Jack A. Hindert and his wife Jadene of Rockton, IL; 6 grandchildren Vanessa, Brittany, Lindsey, Nichole, Kelsey and John; and 2 great grandchildren Aidin and Whaylen.

A celebration of life will be held at Hiers-Baxley Funeral Services, 1511 Buenos Aires Blvd, The Villages, FL on Monday, September 25, 2017 at 10 a.m.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Go Rescue Pet Adoption Center, 2129 General Booth Blvd, # 103-300, Virginia Beach, VA 23454.
