Villager’s new car dented by grocery cart

To the Editor:

Today, I parked the furthest spot out from congestion, so our new car would be safe! No cars around me!
When I left Publix on Rt. 466, I found a cart up against the curb near my car!  In checking, I find a large scratch on my fender right where the cart hit it!  Not even one month old, and already scratched!
These stores should be responsible like Aldi’s and force you to return your cart to the store!
I’ll not go to any store to shop until all the inconsiderate jerks are home for the evening!  Maybe my car will be safe!  But I’m sure some jerk will search it out because he/she can’t afford a nice newer vehicle.
