Front yard decorations

To the Editor:

Any neighborhood looks better with just landscaping. If you open it up to yard decorations, then someone has to decide about restrictions on size, color and any other limits. No one would like seeing a huge statue of Buddha, some other artwork or some arcane symbol in their neighborhood. There have to be limits. The nicest neighborhoods allow no decorations in their front yards. That should be our guideline. What you put in your home or backyard is your business.
