Wanda Peters

Wanda S. Peters (69) of Wildwood, FL passed away September 20, 2019. Wanda was born August 13, 1950 in St. Petersburg, Florida.

Wanda is survived by her children, John (Angelique) Judy of Georgia, Delbert (Nichole) Judy of Mascotte, FL, Sheila (Gene) Ward of Clermont, FL, and Ernest (Crystal) Judy of Mascotte, FL. She was also survived by her mother, Effie Evelyn Todd of Altamonte Springs, FL, by eight grandchildren, by her siblings Sarah (Jerry) Swafford of Leesburg, FL, Faye (David) Nelson of Deltona, FL, and James Todd of Deltona, FL along with many great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her father, Andrew Todd, her sister, Sharon McDonald, and her granddaughter, Jessica Tyre.

Wanda worked as a housekeeper professionally in the motel industry. She will always be remembered for her excellent cooking and as an avid gardener. She also loved her dog, Pixie.

A visitation and funeral service will be on Saturday, September 28, 2019 at Beyers Funeral Home, 1123 W. Main St. in Leesburg, FL. The visitation will be from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM and the funeral service will follow at 11:00 AM. Interment will follow at Hillcrest Memorial Gardens in Leesburg, FL.
