Police investigating theft of beer from Wawa convenience store 

Police are investigating the theft of four cases of Modelo beer from a Wawa convenience store.

The theft occurred at about 5 p.m. May 21 at the Wawa at U.S. Hwy. 27/441 and County Road 466 in Lady Lake, according to an incident report from the Lady Lake Police Department.

The theft was captured on video surveillance. The beer was valued at $70.

Earlier this year, a case of Corona beer was stolen from a distribution truck being unloaded at the Mobil gas station on U.S. Hwy. 27/441 in Lady Lake.
