Pair of Villagers completes quest to walk all 38 executive golf courses

Barbara Cooksey of the Village of Polo Ridge and Richard Bauer of the Villages of Caroline on Feb. 15 decided to go on a quest to walk all 38 executive courses in The Villages. They started that very day at Hawkes Bay.

“During the heat of the summer we scheduled our tee time around 4 p.m.,” Bauer said.

When The Villages added two more executive courses, the pair was not sure they would make it.
