An illegal U-turn led to a drug arrest early Sunday morning on U.S. 301 in Wildwood.

Tiquanna Tisha Avant, 20, of Groveland, pulled out of the Sunoco service station on U.S. 301 in a vehicle with no headlights or taillights, according to an arrest report from the Wildwood Police Department. The car then made an illegal U-turn, prompting a traffic stop. A K-9 altered on the vehicle, indicating the presence of drugs. A search turned up 1.6 grams of marijuana.

Avant was arrested on charge of marijuana possession and booked on $1,000 bond at the Sumter County Detention Center.
