Joseph E. Bondie

Joseph E. Bondie, of Leesburg, Florida, passed away on Saturday, August 12, 2017 at the age of 86 years. He was born in Michigan.

Joe proudly served his country in the US Army and was stationed in Germany during the Korean War. Joe was a master carpenter and worked in the field for over 40 years. He moved to Leesburg about 10 years ago. He enjoyed helping people and put his carpentry skills to work to lend a hand. Joe was Catholic.

He is remembered and will be dearly missed by his son and daughter-in-law, Joe and Sue Bondie of Milford, Michigan; daughter and son-in-law, Raquel and John Taylor of Troy, Michigan; brother and sister-in-law, Jim and Doe Bondie of Leesburg; sisters, Grace Kilpela of Grand Island, Florida and Marion Bondie of Leesburg; and four grandchildren, Zach, Celine, Danielle and Joey.

All services will be held in Michigan in the near future.
